All-Guard’s 24-hour monitoring center is housed in a state-of-the-art, secured campus facility in Hayward, California, and has been in the same location since 1984. We continue to invest in our monitoring center, as well as our professional operators, to strive for better and more effective ways to serve our customers.
Our monitoring center is proud to be UL listed, indicating that we have consistently demonstrated the ability to provide standards-complying service to our customers. In addition, building structure, receiving and monitoring equipment, staffing, installation and ongoing service requirements must be met at all times to maintain a UL Listing.
All-Guard’s monitoring center supports advanced, redundant systems engineered to deliver the dependability and reliability that our customers require. This includes hot redundant computer systems, and a redundant power supply and phone network.
All-Guard’s disaster relief and management includes two back-up monitoring locations that will take over in the event of an emergency.
All of our professional and friendly operators are Five Star certified by CSAA (Central Station Alarm Association), and the training never stops. They are qualified to not only deal with emergency situations, but to also answer a wide variety of basic alarm questions. When the phone rings they will answer your call in two rings or less, and in the event of an alarm signal they will dispatch the appropriate authorities.
